Shipping Policy

Alan Mizrahi Lighting offers free standard delivery on most orders within the United States. Additional charges may apply for remote locations, restricted-access properties, special handling, oversized fixtures, or customized delivery requirements. Any additional charge will be confirmed before shipment.

Production and Delivery Time

Most Alan Mizrahi Lighting fixtures are handcrafted and made to order.

The estimated total delivery time for most orders is 33–64 business days, depending on:

• Product size and complexity.
• Custom design requirements.
• Material availability.
• Production schedules.
• Quality-control inspections.
• Delivery destination.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. If production requires additional time, we will provide an updated estimated shipping date.

Rush Production

Rush production may be available for selected orders for an additional fee of 18% of the order value. The estimated production and delivery time for approved rush orders is 23–34 business days. Availability and timing must be confirmed before the order is placed.

Delivery Service

Standard delivery is made to the ground floor, main entrance, or accessible entrance gate of the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for arranging adequate assistance to unload large or heavy fixtures. Standard carriers do not provide installation services or move fixtures inside the building unless a separate service has been arranged in advance.

Delivery Access

Please inform us before placing your order of any circumstances that may affect delivery, including:

• Narrow roads or entrances.
• Parking restrictions.
• Stairs or elevators.
• Limited truck access.
• Special equipment or handling requirements.

Additional charges may apply when special delivery arrangements are required.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect the shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders:

1. Note the issue on the delivery receipt.
2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.
3. Contact us immediately with your order number and photographs.

Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the delivery address. Address changes must be approved before shipment and may result in additional charges or delays.
