Our products are sourced from carefully selected manufacturers who share our values of exquisite quality and durability. All items are covered by a 2-year guarantee, excluding issues from normal wear, improper use, or accidental damage.

Terms & Conditions

• General wear, staining, accidental damage, and cushion flattening are excluded.
• Damage to wood caused by extreme humidity or heat is excluded.
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
• The guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and not transferable.
• Applies to domestic use only within the UK.
• Improper care, alteration, or misuse may void the guarantee.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Sale of Goods to Consumer’s Regulations 2002. It excludes non-domestic use and products taken outside of the UK.
