These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Alan Mizrahi Lighting and our website, shopmizrahilighting.com.
By placing an order with Alan Mizrahi Lighting, you agree to the terms below.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, photographs, and specifications.
Because many of our fixtures are handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in color, finish, texture, dimensions, or appearance may occur. Screen settings and photography may also affect how colors and finishes appear online.
PRICES
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, special handling charges, rush-production fees, or other approved charges may be added where applicable.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been processed and Alan Mizrahi Lighting has confirmed the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including product specifications, dimensions, finishes, quantities, shipping information, and contact information before submitting an order.
CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Most Alan Mizrahi Lighting fixtures are handcrafted and made to order.
Custom, personalized, modified, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
Where possible, cancellation or modification requests should be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. Approval depends on the production status of the item.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available during checkout.
Full payment is generally required before production or shipment begins unless separate written payment terms have been agreed to by Alan Mizrahi Lighting.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most products are handcrafted and made to order.
Estimated standard production and delivery time for most orders is approximately 33–64 business days.
Approved rush orders may have an estimated production and delivery time of approximately 23–34 business days and may be subject to an additional rush fee.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Production or delivery may be affected by product complexity, custom requirements, material availability, quality-control inspections, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DELIVERY INSPECTION
Customers should inspect shipments carefully upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect:

Take clear photographs of the packaging and product.

Contact Alan Mizrahi Lighting promptly with the order number and photographs.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Eligible standard products may be returned only in accordance with our published Refund Policy.
Custom, made-to-order, personalized, assembled, modified, sale, or clearance products may be excluded from standard returns.
No product should be returned without prior authorization from Alan Mizrahi Lighting.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Requests to change a shipping address must be submitted before shipment.
Address changes may result in additional charges or delivery delays.
PRODUCT INSTALLATION
Customers are responsible for ensuring that fixtures are installed by appropriately qualified professionals and in accordance with applicable electrical, structural, and building requirements.
Alan Mizrahi Lighting is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, handling, modification, or assembly.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including photographs, product designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Alan Mizrahi Lighting and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written authorization.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alan Mizrahi Lighting shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the purchase, use, delivery, installation, or inability to use a product.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Alan Mizrahi Lighting may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The Terms applicable to an order will generally be those published on the website at the time the order is placed.
