At Alan Mizrahi Lighting, we aim to provide the highest quality products at affordable prices, and we truly hope you're delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which begins from the day you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unassembled, with all original tags, parts, and packaging intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Self-assembled items that are damaged during or after assembly are non-returnable.

Please ensure the order number is clearly marked on the package.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
We require all customers to inspect their order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Note the issue on the delivery form.
- Take clear photos of the issue.
- Email us immediately at designalanmizrahi@gmail.com with your order details.
We will contact you to arrange a refund, replacement, or repair based on your case.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized products
- Items that have been assembled or modified by the customer
- Products damaged by the customer
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods, beauty products, flammable or hazardous materials
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to an address in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under the EU Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Please contact us at designalanmizrahi@gmail.com to exercise this right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at designalanmizrahi@gmail.com.
Return Shipping
Unless your return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
